Basic duties include assisting callers with processing a wide variety of financial transactions, research projects, problem solving, and account maintenance for members while representing the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner. Fundamental computer skills are required; financial institution experience and bilingual (Spanish and English) is highly preferred.
