Assistant Manager for Operations
Mandala Springs (www.mandala.org) is a beautiful 200-acre wellness retreat center in the Mayacamas Mountains north of the San Francisco Bay Area— a place where nature and spirit meet and create a natural healing environment for all.
Mandala is a group retreat and event center, an overnight personal/family retreat location (cottages, camping and RV’s), and a growing organic farm.
The Assistant Manager for Ops oversees our hospitality services, which includes caring for persons or families who stay in our facilities for a few days, as well as longer retreats, workshops, seminars and festivals.
The best resume will include some professional experience, preferably in the hospitality field, with administrative skills, a mature, personable nature, problem solving skills, and the ability to host and help all kinds of people.

Assistant Manager for Operations General Tasks include:
Coordinate with Mandala directors and Managers
Connect with event and festival coordinators
Maintain a professional welcome center
Arrange and give site tours to prospective clients
Replying to inquiries and phone calls
Production planning and communication for events
Managing staff for preparation and production of events
Maintain an active supply list
Organizing amenities and Mandala activities and treatments.
