We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working members for our team!
At the Fort Ross Store and Lodge our main objective is to provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service to a couple of different communities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Manage sales transactions using modern Clover cash registers for cash or for credit transactions
-Scan goods to ensure pricing is accurate
-Learn all store inventory and be able to Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
-Resolve customer conflicts maintaining a pleasant and courteous manner
-Provide customers and clients with relevant information to their requests
-Always greet customers when entering or leaving the store
-Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas as well as sales floor
Past Experience:
-Retail Sales and cashier experience is a plus
-Must have a calm and positive personality and be able to work under stress.
