Twin Pine Casino & Hotel is hiring a Cook II position. The cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue. The Cook II is responsible for working PM Dinner Menu or AM Breakfast & Lunch Menu production line stations including Expediter (AM Lead), Sautee, and Grill Stations. Must also communicate and coordinate production for Fry and Cold Station and work directly with front of house management to coordinate and deliver quality menu items to our guests.
The Cook II will prepare and cook meats, soups, and sauces and will supervise all other aspects of the food and beverage operation. The Cook II is responsible for assisting in the training of all kitchen staff. Cook Il can also on occasion have direct contact with the public working in areas such as buffet line slicing meats, or preparing dishes to order. The Cook II must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
