We are Bnbme Inc, a property management company based out of Fort Bragg
We are currently in search of a positive, ethical, energetic, flexible, dedicated and driven individual with a vehicle to fill our housekeeper position. If you do not have a vehicle we have a position available in Fort Bragg from January to February 2019 only. We currently have a part time position opening up for the all days of the week primarily weekends at Dennen's Victorian Farm House, The Atrium, and vacation rentals in the Mendocino County.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes and/or _ cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.
+Strip and make beds, changing bed linens which may require lifting and carrying linens weighing a maximum of 20 lbs.
+Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves thoroughly.
+Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room, hallways, and empty trash.
+Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in guest room.
+Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion of room.
+Operate washer and dryer, process, fold, and store linen at a level of proficiency resulting in the acceptable level of cleanliness and supply of linen.
Compensation based on experience.
