We are looking for the perfect Host for a live in Position at our Boutique Hotel. We have a 21 room property overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. We offer an adorable live in unit for our Host and all utilities are paid. The unit includes a kitchen and a full bathroom with a large living space. It is essential that our host realizes that this is a position which includes all aspects of taking care of the property and making sure all is overseen. The live in host will have two days off a week if needed. This is a very hands on position. Being physically fit is a must as checking the grounds and our rooms is a required. This is non smoking position as the office is attached to the live in unit. Hospitality skills and the love of people are also required as we want our guests to return to your smiling face and our beautiful hotel again and again. If you are interested in a life change and daily panoramic views of the ocean love life and just want to enjoy your days sharing time with people and our friendly staff please respond! It is very helpful if you understand what a live in host is we are a property with hours from 7am to 10pm and require you onsite and able to assist guests at these times. The office is closed from 10pm until 8am. This job requires and is not limited to Answering phone calls, making reservations, greeting guests, preparing a continental breakfast, keeping records of staff hours and water levels, inspecting rooms, simple maintenance and keeping up on guest reviews WE love our little hotel and we want someone who will join us in loving it too.
