Under general supervision, assists other staff in the performance of increasingly difficult engineering applications, including surveying, drafting and CADD, quantity take offs, engineering calculation and checks of other staff members work. This is the entry level Engineering Technician position within the series.
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school; and, no prior experience; or, any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid State Driver's License
The current vacancy is in Ukiah. The list developed from this recruitment will be used for a limited period to fill open and promotional, regular full-time, and part-time positions, should they occur.
