Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Part-Time/ Non-Benefited

Hours: Flexible/ 8 - 16 hours per week

Reports to: Behavioral Health Director
Salary Range: $31.52 to $40.99 per hour (32 hours worked bi-weekly)

Job Purpose: The LCSW/ LMFT will provide counseling and clinical services to adults, couples, children and their families, youth, and groups in community mental health and interdisciplinary setting, and community-based settings. The position requires expertise in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, treatment plan development, psychotherapeutic legal/ethical issues and Indian Child Welfare Act matters.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling
Currently hold a valid & unrestricted LCSW or MFT professional license
Training and experience working as a mental health provider in an integrated community health care setting, providing coordinated clinical triage, referrals, and follow ups as needed.
Attend meetings with your department for specific patient needs or health issues and offer clinical direction and systems intervention.
Provide case management, education, referrals and connection to in-house support services, and outside community supportive resources as needed.
Knowledge of treatment models and interventions for chronic pain that are patient-centered and culturally relevant.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work effectively, both independently and in a team/interdisciplinary setting.
Possess a strong attention to detail, legal & ethical responsibilities, and accurate clinical documentations required for treatment planning and interdisciplinary care planning.
Able to communicate effectively and respectfully with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
Must maintain a valid, unrestricted California Drivers license, ability to be insurable under SCIHPs automobile insurance, and be able to meet insurance requirements regarding driver record in order to utilize GSA vehicles.
Special Qualifications:
Must be sensitive to the needs of Native Americans and knowledgeable of their culture, traditions (beliefs and practices), history, and community (in Sonoma County/Northern CA).
Strong background in trauma-informed care and treating co-occurring disorders (mental health and alcohol/substance abuse disorders).
Must be able to travel within Sonoma County/ Northern California service area as needed.
