Nationwide high-volume consumer bankruptcy firm seeking licensed attorney in good standing with experience representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
The ideal candidate should be technologically savvy, be responsive to clients, and either currently have an existing practice they are looking to grow or a desire to open their own firm to handle these types of cases.
Primary work responsibilities include timely client contact, preparation and filing of petitions and attending 341 hearings.
