Crisis Worker:

One (1) FT 40hrs Non-Exempt Waivered/Exempt Licensed/Salary Range: $52,000 - $68,640/Annually DOE Job#02-CFB

Additional differential pay if applicable ($1.00 on-call/$1.00 5150/$1.00 nights/weekends)

Provide emergency Mental Health assessments to consumers across the lifespan who are experiencing a crisis. Ability to provide in-the-moment, coaching, problem-solving, coping, skill development, safety planning and crisis intervention. Immediate response to emergency referrals. Must have an Associate degree +6 years; Bachelors degree + 4 years or Masters degree +2 years working with the at-risk population, in a residential or mental health setting, or BBS licensed or intern, ASW, MSW, RN, LVN, or Psych Tech. Must be able to provide written verification of experience upon hire. Must have valid CA drivers license, no more than 3 points on driver record. Bilingual preferred, not required.

Benefit Overview:

As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for benefits before 30-days of full time service with the agency, the 1st, of the month following, date of hire. Your eligible benefits will include, health, dental, free vision and AFLAC. There are 11 paid holidays and PTO (Paid Time Off). You are eligible to use PTO, paid holidays upon date of hire with the agency.
