Residential/Crisis Service(s)/Program(s) Continuous Hiring
Therapeutic Skills Coaches (TSC I, II, III, IV): On-call/Non-Exempt/$16.00-$20.00 DOE (+) $1/per hr. differential for graveyard shifts and ($1/per hour) bilingual differential/Job#01-TSC
Provides direct supervision and care for each individual child/family in the residential setting and in the field, under supervision of the Milieu Specialist and/or Resident Program Manager by performing the following duties. Provides cross-setting care and supervision as well as interventions to youth that stabilize their behavior and teach functional skills and behavior that enable the youth to mitigate the reasons for entering residential treatment so that the youth can quickly return to and live in the community in a family setting. Nighttime childcare workers will remain awake during the
complete shift and follow all night shift procedures. Bed checks every 5-15 minutes as required by licensing. And all other duties as per job description. Salary is based on experience and educational credential. Bilingual preferred, not required.
