Project Manager III12 MonthsMenlo Park CASummary: This person will be responsible for getting programmatic feedback from our partners and helping programmatically select and recruit partners for testing early release of new products or product features. Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals.
Present and explain feedback, insights and findings to cross functional stakeholders.
Help create and run processes to ensure scaleable ways to fairly and programmatically select and recruit partners for testing early release versions of product and product features
Help create and run processes to gather partner and customer feedback at scale (for product, policy and programs)
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google docs & spreadsheets
Understanding of enterprise software and API products
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
3+ years of program or project management experience preferred.
Experience working for a business to business SaaS or software vendor preferred
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
Ability to think in a structured way.
Beta program experience (writing rules, writing programs, and running programs)
Ability to manage projects that are ongoing v. adhoc
Good communication skills (granular and high level)
