Manage the day to day rolling research process for WA Research, working closely with researchers and vendors to successfully generate regular user feedback
Act as main point of contact with vendors for contracts, POs, and invoices
Assist UX Research team throughout the purchasing process
Facilitate progression in the PO pipeline and resolve issues to prevent delays
Independently and proactively coordinate UX Research projects per terms established with key vendor partners (e.g., Rolling Research, User Panels)
Ensure legal and financial compliance for all vendor-led research projects
Maintain, monitor and refine processes for researchers creating flexible processes that meet the team’s needs while keeping the team working efficiently
Identify contingencies early on and employ risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on target
Safeguard vendor-partner relationships utilizing clear and proactive communication
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of program or project management experience
Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Ability to be successful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and keen ability to identify problems and proactively work towards solutions
Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
