Description
Our client is currently seeking a Motion Graphic Designer for their Business Development team. Responsible for creating complex graphics, animation and live video content for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, handheld electronic devices, the web and television, among others. Lastly, help establish brand guidelines and lead efforts to cohesively update the client's visual identity system.
Remote, but must be located near an office when the client transitions to hybrid/onsite work:
- Menlo Park, CA or Oakland, CA (preference)
- Phoenix, AZ
- Philadelphia, PA
- Natick, MA
6 month contract with potential to extend or convert to a permanent position
Responsibilities:
- Video XP - storyboards, animation, editing for corporate firms
- Website / landing page animations - Ceros or AfterEffects
- Thrive in fast paced, small teams, and start up environment
- Willingness to learn tools and bring ideas to the table
- Ensure brand consistency across client pitches, event invitations, email campaigns, social media and more
- Owning end-to-end creative process from concept to production across all marketing media including website and social assets, presentations, digital advertising, email, events, video, and animations
- Effectively and efficiently managing the creative budget and resources
- Managing the repository and organizing the file system for marketing assets
- Creating video and animated assets specifically for driving social media engagement
- Creating landing pages and sales enablement tools in Ceros that support lead generation
Skills And Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative services or creative operations roles, preferably in the professional services industry
- A desire to work hands-on in producing creative for a variety of mediums including web, mobile apps, events, video, photography, print and email
- Highly self-motivated, hardworking problem-solver with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple (sometimes changing) projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - Positive, collaborative nature with strong interpersonal skills and history of building and maintaining strong, positive cooperation with all stakeholders
- Experience developing and managing a highly efficient project and production process
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere , Captivate, XD ) is required
- Strong knowledge of iMovie, Wordpress, Sketch, Invision, PowerPoint, Keynote, Ceros - Strong HTML skills with ability to edit code
- Strong UX/UI, Production, Film Editing and Motion Graphics experience
- Experience with creating videos, animations, logos, icons, landing pages, emails, and campaign graphics for HubSpot or Marketo
