Job Description:
7+ years of Experience - Strong communication
Expertise in accessibility Testing
Strong understanding of WCAG 2.0/2.1 guidelines
Understanding of accessibility application audit and reporting
Understanding practical usage of tools like JAWS, NVDA, voice over, color contrast, ARC etc
Expertise in Accessibility testing for Browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox) Tables, and Mobile devices (IOS & Android) Using VoiceOver, TalkBack, JAWS, WAT, Axe, Accessibility Inspector,
ANDI, and Contrast Analyzer, Color Blindness Simulator
Using WCAG 2.0 A and AA, and Section508 Standards.
Played a QA Lead role while handling teams and prioritizing tasks
Risk mitigation and planning
Strong Experience with Test Management and Defect tracking tools Jira
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong QA experience in accessibility engagements
Experience in engaging IT, operations, business and BAs in all levels
Experience in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, GUI Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke testing, Test Data Management, Ad-hoc testing and System Testing and UAT
Knowledge of Requirements Documentation Creation using Jira or similar tools
Knowledge in Analysis of Bug Severity, Bug Tracking system and Bug Reporting.
Experience in Functional testing, Integration/System testing, Regression testing a
Experience in analyzing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements
Experienced in Design and Execution of Test criteria from requirements
Expertise in working with JIRA to store Business Requirements, Test Cases, Test Runs, and Test Results for every iteration and to store defects and link them back to the requirements
Banking domain application experience preferred
Good to have mobile testing experience
