Guaranteed Unending Daily Base Rates plus lucrative start bonuses
Anticipated Total Annual Salary for full time provider: $240,000 - $350,000 and part time providers: $120,000 - $155,000

Requirements:
-Must be hold a dental license in good standing in this state.
-Must have an orthodontic certificate from an accredited US dental University
-Phase 1 Orthodontic treatment experience a plus
-Flexible schedule and open availability is preferred
