Friendly, engaging, well-trained and attentive, each team member brings a specific skill-set that contributes to our collective success.The Boat Painter is responsible for carrying out service operations for the marinaDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Surface preparation to include stripping, scuffing, sanding, masking, and priming surfacesApply coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer, as appropriate, to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of boatsUtilize hand and power tools including but not limited to, scraper, wire brush, needle gun, grinder, pneumatic chipper, basic tools, sandpaper, etc.Assist customers by answering specific technical questions to help the customer understand the operation of the unit and the work to be done or work already completed.QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge or related experience in marine service industryExcellent customer service skills – known as someone who goes above and beyondMust have highly effective communication skills and time management skillsMust be able to work in extreme weather conditionsMust be able to work flexible hours on the needs of the propertyApply Now! : http://6PQsuDGcljobs.joveo.com/job1940480490
