Mobilehome Park is seeking a reliable, personable, and experienced Maintenance Technician for daily upkeep and maintenance for the park.
The position requires a unique skill set covering a broad range of capabilities including, but not limited to:
Heavy emphasis on curb appeal and landscaping
Cleaning and minor maintenance of common areas
A lot of pool maintenance
Minor electrical repairs
Minor plumbing repairs
Physical labor and endurance
Fence repair
Pool maintenance
Works well with a team or alone
Works side by side with the property manager on special projects
Must be organized, dependable, good with the public, positive attitude, a team player, self-starter, and highly motivated to get the job done!
