J&T Cattle Company is a 15,000 hd feedlot located in La Grange, Ca. Some duties will include paperwork for three almond orchards. General Office at busy livestock and farm operation. Some data entry, strong computer skills a plus, Word, Excel, Outlook.
With the feedlot expanding daily, it is a fast paced environment that needs someone detail orientated who is able to work independently & efficiently.The ideal candidate has the ability to interact with Staff, maintain daily paperwork and segregate by company. Handle telephone calls from customer's and vendors in a pleasant, positive manner. Looking for a person that would like to grow with a strong organization.Spanish speaking helpful.
Monday - Friday, Long term position.
This position is a hourly, full time
Willingness to follow directions carefully with a good attitude.
Ability to perform general office tasks in an efficient manner with little supervision.
Answering phones & taking messages; Determine the need of the caller, and direct the calls to the appropriate staff.
Invoice & billing, bi-weekly
Payroll
Flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and data entry is desirable
Knowledge of cattle is desired but not required.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Salary based on experience.
