Bookkeeper position available at busy property management office. Part time Monday -Friday.
Applicant must demonstrate strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook.
General duties include:
A/P & A/R
Daily interaction with customers, employees and owner
Answering Phones, Emails and responding to Client inquiries
Sending out and receiving mail and faxes.
This person needs to demonstrate initiative to follow through to the end with projects, have strong written and communication skills, and be good at time management, independent and a self starter.
