DescriptionAccountemps is partnering with a Property Management company, sourcing for a Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you will be processing a mid-volume of vendor invoices, managing the full AP cycle. This will be a part time position, approximately 3 days a week, with the flexibility to be remote on some days.What you get to do every dayOperate full-cycle A/P
Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis
Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed
Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners
Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department
Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling
RequirementsAA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
Prior experience in an A/P role required (ideally 3+ years)
Microsoft Excel experience
