Role : Program Manager With MDM Location: Milpitas, CA Duration: 12+ Months Need 10+ Years Exp/Passport Number Mandatory/LinkedIn Required Experience • 10+ years of demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives that spans multiple lines of business. • Has managed at least 1 end-to-end finance data migration and MDM programs • Good understanding of MDM • Ability to influence stakeholders and provide necessary information to support effective decision making • Experience with Agile methodology • Experience with JIRA, Confluence • PMP certification desirable • SCRUM certification desirable Key Responsibilities And Expectations Include:
Daily project governance throughout the life cycle • Build and maintain a strong project plan with clear schedule, scope and resource plan • Manage risks and issues and propose/drive corrective actions • Collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors to ensure continued alignment to expected outcomes • Partner to manage stakeholder expectations • Coordinate and manage data migration and deployment activities across workstreams • Liaise with workstream leads, and the business to identify data migration scope, dependencies, and technology solutions to address data migration requirements. • Document business decisions and ensure they are included / excluded from the data migration
