Definition:
Accountant duties and responsibilities include providing accounting support to ensure efficient operation of the company. Supports managers and employees through proficient, accurate and timely accounting. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials; including, but not limited to: Employee time sheet submission,Generating and sending invoices to clients via Quickbooks, Monitoring company bank account, Maintaining receipts from company expenses, and other various duties as assigned.Must have the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all accounting duties are completed accurately and delivered in the highest quality and in a timely manner. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Job Duties:
1. Generate, track and send out invoices for all company contracted business and temporary site locations.
2. Track accounts receivable and accounts payable and advise clients of past due payments and track company bank account. This includes generating monthly Profit and Loss statement and statement of any past due invoice(s), and submitting to CEO.
3. Review and submit employee time sheets to ADP to ensure payroll is distributed on time.
4. Be the final authority for payroll resolutions.
5. Ensure that all applicable company expense receipts are maintained.
6. Track any and all repayments for wage advancements and company loans.
7. Maintain excellent and professional levels of communication.
8. When needed, send/receive emails and invoices from outside of the office in a timely fashion.
9. Other duties and tasks as assigned by CEO.
Qualified candidates will have experience in accounting duties and/or have proper and applicable certifications; as well as excellent skills with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel; and Quickbooks. Qualified candidates will have and excellent work ethic and the drive needed to be in this dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Compensation:
$40,000/yr to $58,240/yr salary, Depending on Experience
