Administrative Writing Skills, Organization, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Financial Software, Analyzing Information, Ability to Problem Solve, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Reporting Research Results, Professional communication skills verbal and written A MUST, Ability to multi task and prioritize work load. Reliable and Punctual. High school diploma or equivalent, real licensee preferred, Bi Lingual a Plus.

• General office assistance, phone, fax, scan, mail, email, file, copy, organize etc to all staff.

• Sort all incoming faxes and distribute

• Customer service to tenants. Vendors, on site managers.

• Professional correspondence and interaction with owners, managers, tenants, and vendors.

• Data entry

• Work with managers, tenants, and office staff to bring accounts current.

• Applications processing

• Move out letters

• Lease, contract, addenda, correspondence preparation. Letter writing.

• Process Refund dispositions for approval

• Advertising all vacant lots, homes for sale or rent.

• New account set up - utilities transfers

• Distribute company faxes

• Open mail

• Delinquent Calls and lists

• End of Year archiving

• Petty Cash

• Light office cleaning duties

• Order supplies

• Stock, Supply , and Keep organized Supply Room, Rest Room, Back Office File Area and Break Room
