Senior Architectural Designer:
TPH Architects is seeking a full-time designer/architect to join our team. Applicant should be comfortable working with clients and other design team members on a variety of project types including: K-12, commercial, residential, new construction, and renovation projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leading a project team through planning, design, illustrating, and presenting while gather technical documents for the construction document phase. Applicant would prepare and present drawings through schematic design, develop renderings, and support marketing efforts.
Experience:
6 -10 years in all stages of design
K-12 education, new and renovation projects.
All construction types, building code, ADA and technical detailing.
Education:
Min. 2-year architecture degree.
Licensed architect or Intern Architects with ARE in progress is preferred.
Skills:
Min. CAD proficiency. Revit and rendering experience are preferred
Strong graphic, conceptual, and design skills.
Ability to create new ideas both independently and in collaboration.
Ability to communicate ideas in a variety of graphic media.
