This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.May be located in an Anthem office/remote in one of the following states: CA, CT, CO, GA, IN KY, ME, MO, NC, NH, NV, OH, VA, or WI.Responsibleforthedevelopmentandongoingmanagementofoneormoreexternalclientfacingprogramsthataremulti-state,multi-functionandmulti-yearinscope.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Directsthedevelopment,planning,prioritization,approval,implementationandcomplianceofon-goingexternalclientfacingprograms.Establishesprogramgovernancewhenneededtoassureresponsetoissueescalation;developsprogrambudgetand ensuresprogrammeetsitsstatedobjectives.Providessubjectmatterexpertiseinresponsetodaytodaybusinessissues;researchesapplicablesubjectmatterpractices;andremainsawareofindustrytrends.Managesexternalclientfacingrelationshipsandpartnerswithcorporateandregionalbusinessareas.Developscommunicationdocumentsandtrainingcriteriarelatedtoexternalclientfacingprogramsuccessmeasures.Developsdocumentationtosupportmeetingpresentationsandthetrackingandreportingoftheprogram’ssuccess.Providesleadershiptoprogrammanagersandprojectmanagers.Typicallyreportstoanexecutive.Programdirectorstypicallymanageexternalclientfacingprogramsthatrequiremanagingactivitiesandresourcesofmultipledepartmentsorbusinessareasoftheorganization.Programdirectorstypicallysupportbusinessstrategiesthroughanintegratedportfolioofexternalclientfacingprograms,projectsandinitiatives.Advise on configuration, loading and usage of Large Group product data per established guidelines and data management best practices.Work with IT teams to resolve product tool and product data issues including escalation of issues and testing solutions.Represent LG Product on project teams including Migrations, Annual Benefit Changes and other ancillary product development initiatives where product data is used or impacted.Participates in product systems governance to ensure proper usage and integrity of data usage or system changes.Be the point of contact and support for Local Large Group Product Managers for all 14 Anthem states.Support activities during the annual large group product refresh process.Provide support for product systems including Plan Management Tool (PMT), GCL, PPT, eCEM.Coordination with dividual and Small Group market segments to ensure alignment of processes and determine best practices.Requires a BA/BS degree; 5-7 years of external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Graduate degree preferred. Project management certification preferred.Additional skills :Experience with Agile

preferredExperience with Product

Management Tool (PMT) or other product data management tools requiredExperience in Healthcare Insurance

industry and Health Insurance Products requiredExperience with IT systems in

regard to assessing impacts, best practices for data management and stewardship,

issue escalation and resolution, requirement generation and governance
