POSITION SUMMARY: The FOH Manager oversees dining room and golf on-course service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Manage business to financial budget established
Conduct monthly inventory, accounting processes and other administrative tasks
Interview, hire, schedule and train all FOH Grill and on-course staff
Conduct staff meetings
Utilize strong understanding of Hospitality and guest service to nurture a sense of dedication to excellence in terms of guest experience and guest advocacy.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and will demonstrate the
highest degree of professionalism.
Wine and spirits knowledge
Effective inventory and labor cost analysis and control experience,
including experience managing and reporting on Profit and Loss
A sound business acumen
Strong organizational and planning skills
Endless efforts toward total quality improvement
Ability to provide continuous team building, staff development and training
A minimum of 2 years restaurant management/ supervisory experience desired. On-course Food and Beverage experience helpful.
Must be available to work weekends, evenings and some holidays
