Client Services Manager
Description:
The Client Services Manager is a full-time position and will report to the Director of Client Services. He/She will be responsible for the overall post-sales support of an assigned client module. This includes, but not limited to, developing a relationship with our clients and managers, new hire orientation and onboarding, answering questions from the employee's managers and client contacts and providing any special requirements to the client.
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Two-three years previous experience in Customer Service environment
Human Resources experience with strengths in the areas of overtime laws, exempt/non-exempt worker classifications, and paid sick leave ordinances
Have strong knowledge in the following areas: time reporting, expenses, mileage, per diem rules, and Independent Contractor screening and basic payrolling processes
Proficient is Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Responsible for developing the on-going relationship with the client through telephone conversations, face-to -face meetings (when feasible) and email/correspondences.
Maintain and identify growth potential and revenue from the client by looking for additional service
opportunities.
Answer all incoming phone calls from clients and employees during business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST)
Research answers to client and employee questions regarding all aspects of role
Process background checks
New hire orientation
Onboarding employees by preparing new employee packages via electronic portal
Maintaining active employee list from designated client accounts and processing terminations notifications
Assist AP Manager when invoices are delinquent and work with client contact to escalate
Set up I9 cases in online portal and follow them through completion to comply with USCIS deadlines
Review job descriptions from new hires for potential exemption classifications.
