If you are an experienced HR professional who is looking for an opportunity at a values driven company that gives back to the community, Denham’s north valley client has an immediate need.
You will be responsible for all HR related functions with a staff of 2. Including:
- Driving operational excellence
- Policies and procedures
- Employee relations
- Benefits administration, LOA, Worker’s Comp, HRIS, Recruiting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience in food processing or Manufacturing
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of HR management
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong leave administration experience, risk management, familiarity with workers compensation and HRIS
