We are looking for Production Line Workers 3:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Pay rate $14 Hourly- Full time With Free Transportation to South San Francisco. Interviews available on Thursday March 27, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM in Modesto.
This Position prepares and completes food processing orders with the require use of machinery. Has to process product through the machine set up machine to run product, wash down machine after food product has been processed, prep product to be run through the machine, learn and recognize different dimensions/specifications to be processed for any given product. Also maintains safe and clean environment, following Standard Operational Procedure.

Urban Leaf, dba The Produce Company is a food-processing facility based in South San Francisco.
No manufacturing job experience is required but one year is preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Change blade sets out, process product through the machine, set up machine to run product, wash down machine using sanitizing salutation and water after each food product has been processed, prep product to be run through the machine, learn and recognize different dimensions/specifications to be processed for any given product.
Process food; receive, wash, carry out primary prep and secondary prep as needed, store food waste in correct color-coded storage receptacle and complete orders). Communicate about items/products to be transported to appropriate company personnel
Prepare and complete food processing orders for delivery according to the scheduled orders of that day
Receive instruction based on the days needs and meet daily goals, determined by the product being processed
Help determine the quality of the product they are working with and waste only what cannot be processed with respect to the specification of the product
Ensure the correct procedure for washing/drying food products and operate all food processing cutting machinery
Assist the Production Line Supervisors in maintaining and ensuring accurate and timely completion of product specifications.
Keep work area free from blocking debris and notify the appropriate personnel when an area needs to be cleared of debris or sanitized; execute safe handling of knife-cutting tasks, equipment, and reports any damage of property or product inside the production area
Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL & LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift, transfer, push/pull, maneuver, and reposition 40-70 lbs.
Able to withstand frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching during entire length of shift
Manual dexterity and motor coordination to handle a knife and make culinary cuts as determined by the specifications of clients
Personal Protective Equipment such as safety glasses, dust masks, and site-specific gear will be required while performing tasks
Five finger manipulation
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Warehouse environment, noise level may be moderate to high
Infrequent to moderate exposure to consistently wet floors in the production area to prevent trash build-up and contamination (depending on shift-needs)
Moderate exposure to outdoor conditions and variable temperatures, exposure to especially high levels of cold temperature within the production facility
Moderate exposure to fumes from delivery trucks and other equipment
Infrequent exposure to dust and other possible irritants around the job site
Infrequent exposure to OSHA-regulated chemicals; frequent exposure to noxious odors from onion processing
EDUCATION:
High School is not required;

Ability to read basic English prefer
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to be productive during peak periods of production
Must maintain a consistent level of work to ensure timely and efficient operations

We are willing to train if you don't have experience.
