Kristen Eaton, State Farm agent in Oakdale is hiring! As our agency continues to grow, we are looking for someone special to serve in the role of Insurance Sales Representative for Kristen Eaton, agent-owner. This full time position is VERY REWARDING as our office truly helps people make progress in their financial lives every day. Bilingual/Spanish speaking applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

sales and/or management experience required

California Property & Casualty insurance license (or Life/Health) a plus!

Some Tasks & Responsibilities will include:

This is primarily a results driven SALES position

Take care of our current clients with world class customer service, while using those opportunities to pivot to missing insurance lines.

Explain features, benefits and drawbacks of specific insurance and/or financial products

Calculate premiums, applicable discounts and other payments for products and services

Customize recommendations for prospects/clients based on their personal situation and their own goals and objectives

Be accountable to office goals and individual results.

Prepare forms, applications, agreements and other paperwork to complete sales-related efforts and ensure policy requirements are fulfilled

Use insurance and financial review appointments to grow the business through the sales and marketing of appropriate insurance and financial products
