West Coast Call Center, Inc. has several immediate openings for a Call Center Agent / Appointment Setter position in Ceres, California.

What we are offering:
A full-time position with great hours, our schedule typically runs Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. although fluctuations can occur occasionally.
The chance to start your weekends early, as Fridays typically wrap-up an hour or two early, depending on our workload.
You'll always have the week of Christmas off!
We offer 8 paid holidays yearly after one full year of employment.
A week of paid vacation is awarded after two years.

Base pay is depending on experience; however, all call center agents qualify for an additional sliding increase per hour which is tied to weekly your performance.
The scale starts with an additional dollar per hour for 8 appointments generated that week and as the number of appointments increases so will your hourly pay!
What we are looking for:
Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
Proficiency navigating the web and basic touch - typing skills.
Above all else RELIABILITY, we need dependable team mates!
Prior experience in sales or lead generation would be great, but not required because we have a proven methodology that will groom the right candidate into a successful marketer.
