As a Field Representative, you will:
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and review all matters related to rent/maintenance
- Maintain an optimum level of occupancy through proactive marketing
- Process timely and accurate move-ins, move-outs, review records and submit recommendations
- Approve rental applications following property and agency standards
- Ensure all property resident files are organized, complete, accurate and filed electronically
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal program regulations relating to the property
- Ensure the property and grounds are well maintained
- Resolve resident issues and conflicts in a timely manner
- Assist and prepare the propertys annual budget for approval by senior management
- Manage timely collection and deposits of all rents and fees
- Develop and support new team members
- Participate in industry meetings, business events
Minimum Requirements:
> Highly organized, detail-oriented and excellent customer service skills
> Ability to communicate professionally, manage others and delegate tasks
> Valid drivers license
Preferred Requirements:
> High School Diploma or GED
> 1-3 years of property management experience
> Knowledgeable in Project Management software such as Trello, Slack, G Suite software
