The potential employee will need the ability to help manage statements, corporation paperwork and meetings, create invoices, file documents, and manage and create excel sheets.
Other tasks will include creating and managing Spreadsheets for companies, post on websites, contact vendors, follow through on purchased items (quantity and quality), work with employees already in business, ability to use word, google docs, and excel, deal with difficult customers, ordering office supplies, paying vendors, college education preferred. Pay commensurate with experience. Preferred Medical Supervisor or Clinical Manager Experience.
