Were looking for a competent person to assist with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. Duties include a variety of functions such as data entry, Excel spreadsheet work, maintaining files, etc.

Must have minimum 2 years in an office setting doing comparable work.

Required:

- Punctual and reliable

- Ability to prioritize and organize

- Pleasant phone/paging voice

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

- Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook

- Detail Oriented

- Filing skills

- Ability to take and follow directions, learn new tasks quickly

Full time Tues-Fri 10-7, Sat 9-6. We drug test.
