Duties include but are not limited to:
*Processing service contract applications, cancellations and refunds
*Processing finance reserve payments / chargebacks
*Posting incentive and rebate payments, dealer billing invoices, weekly warranty claim payments, etc.
*Reconciling schedules including: warranty, service contract, incentives, rebates, holdback, supplemental flooring, sublet, and finance reserve
*Back up phone receptionist on breaks

⢠Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS but not required
⢠Must have a clean & valid driverâs license
⢠Enthusiastic with high energy
⢠Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
⢠Quality customer service skills and sales track record is a PLUS
⢠Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
⢠Capable of learning and using new software and systems
⢠Persistent, competitive and outstanding work ethic
⢠Focuses on the customerâs needs to enhance dealership sales
Bilingual Spanish speaker
High school diploma or GED
Previous track record of success in a consultative, commission-based sales role is a plus
Demonstrates customer development and retention skills
Proven prior successful accomplishments of goals and objectives
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent networking and prospecting skills
Valid driverâs license and clean driving record
Professional personal appearance
