The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator based at the Ripon, CA facility, will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, primarily working directly with the Recruiter for the Supply Chain and Operations group. This is a temporary position starting in mid-May for approximately 4 months in length. This role involves high volume interview scheduling and coordination, and provides a positive overall experience for candidates, managers, and anyone involved in the interviewing and recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience scheduling interviews ideally in a Recruiting environment, utilizing Outlook or other scheduling software. Being highly organized, efficient, and possessing strong verbal and written abilities is a must.

DESIRED SKILLS

• 1 - 2 years’ experience with scheduling in MS Outlook or other similar scheduling software

• 1 - 2 years’ or more experience in a Recruiting department strongly preferred

• 1 - 2 years' experience with scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements strongly preferred.

• Strong familiarity with MS Outlook and Excel required

• Advanced verbal and written communication abilities via phone and written correspondence.

• Proficient in MS Office and any HRIS related software preferred

• 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment

• Prioritize while able to adapt to changing priorities

Programs: Excel, Outlook, experience with ATS (we use Taleo but that isn’t a requirement)

Experience Level: 3+ years Admin, 1-2 + years Scheduling

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Scheduling and coordinating Interviews via MS Outlook

• Maintaining and updating Applicant Tracking System with notes and statuses of candidates

• Corresponding daily with managers, Recruiters, candidates, and employees, and providing an overall positive experience for all parties involved.

• Scheduling and coordinating intricate travel arrangements for out of state candidates.

• Creating and maintaining job postings

• Assisting the recruiter with dispositioning candidates and email/phone correspondence

• Working on special projects related to Talent Acquisition which may include reporting, employee branding, and other activities related to Human Resources/Talent Acquisition.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent needed. College degree preferred
