Lease, contract, addenda, correspondence preparation. Letter writing.
Process Refund dispositions for approval
Advertising all vacant lots, homes for sale or rent.
New account set up - utilities transfers
Distribute company faxes
Open mail
Delinquent Calls and lists
End of Year archiving
Petty Cash
Light office cleaning duties
Order supplies
Stock, Supply , and Keep organized Supply Room, Rest Room, Back Office File Area and Break Room
