Position Title: Real Estate/Property Management Assistant
Work from home and in the field, flexible schedule, driving required. Your role will be to assist staff wherever needed to keep operations efficient. We are a growing property management company looking for a smart, resourceful, self-starter to learn and grow with us. No real estate experience necessary, you will receive hands on experience in property management, construction, remodel and more.
Must like driving. Weekly drive to San Jose will be required to perform site inspections & other property tasks
Primary duties:
Return tenant calls
Follow up on maintenance requests & work completion
Complete daily & ongoing task list assigned by the main office
Assist office with notices, documentation etc.
Weekly Zoom staff meetings
In-office tasks in Modesto
Company errands occasionally required between Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento
Weekly trip to San Jose required
Skills:
Enjoy winning over hard-to-please people
Must be highly organized and disciplined with email management & task list
Ability to quickly and independently learn apps & industry software as needed.
Compensation:
$13 per hour plus mileage
Stipend for home office equipment & services
25 hours per week to start
