We are currently seeking a qualified professional Parts Counter Sales Person to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Parts Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and/or accessories to our professional technicians and retail customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Daily Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians.
Assist with the daily inventory.
Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front counter, work area, and stockroom.
Qualifications:
Previous parts advisor experience preferred
Familiarity with CDK DMS systems
Automotive dealership experience is a plus
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Working knowledge of computers
