IEH-JL Analytical Laboratories is now accepting applications for the HPLC Chemist position at its facility in Modesto, CA.
Applicants must possess a BS in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or other natural science.
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills and capabilities:
- Possess a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy & dusty environment
- Exhibit excellent attendance, be detail oriented, and flexible to changing duties and work schedules.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Computer and typing skills are a plus
Primary duties involve extractions and HPLC analysis of food samples per ISO 17025 standards.
The schedule for this position is Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5:30 PM with overtime as needed.
The schedule will eventually rotate between a morning and an early afternoon shift (1:30-10:00PM).
This is a full-time position in which the employee will be eligible for standard benefits after a brief period.
