We are a growing Security / Fire alarm company in need of good people, we are looking for experienced and trainee personal to join our great team. We install a wide range of low voltage systems, these can range from large fire alarm systems to small residential burglary alarms. We need both experienced and quality trainee staff to keep up with our work load, below listed is what is expected from experienced and trainee staff. We are not a security guard company but provide electronic fire life safety systems.
Experienced
- More then 3 years experience in the security/fire industry
- Able to work independently and follow direction
- Quality workmanship and good customer communication
- Ability to Bend EMT (not required but desirable)
- CA Fire life safety certified. (not required but desirable)
- Ability to program security and fire alarm panels (we use mostly GE, NX, Honeywell, Notifier, Bosch, Firelite and DSC)
- Ability to read and understand blue prints and lead a crew on a job site
- Clean background, driving record (we are a drug free work place)
- OSHA 10 certification (not required but desirable)
Trainee position
- An ability to learn and grow
- Be on time and ready to work
- Be reliable and have transportation to either Modesto or Merced offices
- A basic understanding of construction or worked in a construction field (not required but desirable)
- Clean background, driving record (we are a drug free work place)
- Work can be physical in nature, be prepared for both hot and cold conditions.
- Be willing to work hard and ask questions
- Be career oriented.
