Our client is seeking an Electrical Hardware Engineer for theirteam who has "cradle to grave" experience with full-lifecycle complex electronic hardware design.
This position will have made more than just incremental updates to a design and have experience going from initial requirements captured, through the schematic capture, PCB layout, DFM/DFT and product V&V and release process.
Ideal candidates will have backgrounds at newer EV companies or come from high-volume automotive and consumer electronics backgrounds.
Aerospace background is not required as long as candidates exhibit a basic understanding of the unique elements involved in designing avionics for hostile environments.
Key Requirements:Due to U.S. State Department restrictions on access to space technology, candidates must be "U.S. Persons" as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 22 CFR 120-130. In general, this means candidates shall be US Citizens (dual nationality is okay in most cases), Permanent Residents (current, valid green card) or other "protected" category.
