DescriptionAccountemps is hiring a Payroll Clerk for one of our clients in the Healthcare/NHS industry—if you want to join a dynamic, fast-growing team, you are encouraged to apply! Your responsibilities will consist of supporting the Payroll department in a variety of ways, including data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. Compile a system of administering and distributing reports

Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system
Be the main point of instruction/training contact to employees regarding payroll-related best practices
Run and build custom reports
Arrange data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
RequirementsHighly organized and self-motivated
Excellent data entry skills
3+ years of previous payroll experience
Full Cycle Payroll experience
ADP Workforce Now experience
Eagerness to master new systems
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Knowledgeable in Payroll software
Sound written and verbal communication skills
