Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (On-Site)

Job Description: ATSG is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist a prestigious client (confidential) at their Santa Barbara HQ. You will be tasked with Mobile Device Management (MDM), Windows Support, General Desktop Support, Hardware/Software installations, and configuration as well as network support. He/she will help set up Audio and Visual (A/V) for the client as needed.
This is a part-time opportunity (25 Hours a week).

Responsibilities:
  • Physical presence at the CONFIDENTIAL CLIENTS office location
  • Help with production equipment – A/V, computers, etc.
  • Be able to configure and manage networks, firewalls, etc.
  • Be available to help CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT with her technical needs while on production sets – e.g., phones, wireless network, laptops (Windows, some Linux), etc.
  • Work closely with extended IT Support (e.g., connect with Datavail team if needed to seek help in resolving issues)
  • Liaise between production (CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT in person or production staff) and IT support team(s).
  • Qualifications:
    • Certification in Computer Sciences and/or Engineering and/or an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science in a similar field.
    • Must reside in the Santa Barbara, California area
    • Must be able to commute to client-site.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be patient with excellent customer service skills
