Looking for a part-time bookkeeper for a 40-year-old service company to replace a retiring bookkeeper. By using our Quickbooks program applicants will enter A/Rcustomer invoicing, billing, credit card reconciliations, bank deposits, etc., A/Penter vendor invoices and process vendor payments. Assist owner with P/R by updating employee (10) timecards on paydays. Fluent in Quickbooks and Word is a must! Prefer 3+ years of experience.
Answer phones and take messages when the receptionist is busy or unavailable and assist with any other general financial affairs of the company. 6 hours a day should be enough to accomplish these tasks, Mon-Fri.
