We are looking for a Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team!
Daily responsibilities include:
Entering invoices and products into inventory
Inventory control
Ticketing merchandise
Displays and merchandising
UPS & FedEx shipments
Sales reports
General office duties such as filing
Helping the sales staff
Bookkeeping experience a plus!
MUST HAVE moderate to advanced knowledge working with Mac, Quickbooks, and Excel.
We are looking for someone EXTREMELY DETAILED, friendly, professional, and reliable, who is able to prioritize multiple projects, and work in a fun fast pace environment.
Flexible schedule needed with the ability to work weekends.
Salary dependent on experience.
