Work in the beautiful, lively Santa Cruz Harbor for Santa Cruzs premiere catamaran sailing company!
You will be the first impression customers have of OYC and will uphold the company's values of providing welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable assistance beyond expectation. Whether its at check-in before a sail or on the phone, youll aim to make each customers experience before and after their sail just delightful as their experience onboard.
Your time will be split between being outside on the dock working with customers and inside in a quiet oceanfront office. You will work directly with the OYC captain, crew, and staff, supervised by the Marketing & Operations Coordinator (off-site) and Senior Captain (on-site). Weekday evening and weekend hours, including all summer holidays, are required during the sailing season.
Must have valid drivers license.
Schedule: Part-time (16-20 hours/week); Weekday evenings and weekends during the April“October season, including all holidays during that time period
