Experienced housekeeper needed for management role at a fast paced family campground resort.
Hotel housekeeping supervisor or management experience a plus, but not required; strong organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively ; must be able to motivate and direct, be detail oriented; and self motivated. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Schedule staffing and assignments
Train new hires and provide on-going training for other employees
Be friendly, attentive and helpful to all guests, managers and fellow employees
Ensure that all guest accommodations, and common areas are cleaned to standard
Inspect rental units daily
Manage the laundry
Order cleaning supplies, linens, and all other accommodation supplies
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and proper uniform
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Valid driver license
