We are currently accepting applications for a full time Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor for both locations; Seaside and Monterey, CA.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Check guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
Process payments/charges.
Provide extraordinary customer relations.
Answer phone. Create guests reservations accurately.
Computer literate, copying and faxing.
Ability to multi task, work independently, able to make sound decisions during busy days.
Perform basic Mathematics and possess analytical skills.
Energetic and outgoing personality.
Must be fluent in English, written and verbal.
Professional and clean appearance a must; excellent communication and written skills are a must.
High School diploma preferred but equivalent (GED) will be acceptable.
Must be flexible with schedule; weekends and holidays are required.
Pay $12.25/hour to start.
